Spending evenings with drunken people...

Who want you to dance with them... 

Why do I put myself through it?

When I'd rather be at home with a cup of herbal tea & a good book.

Because... It's the price I pay for sleeping with the bass man!!!

    Nice one - like your style. Hope it was a good evening out it looks as tho everyone was joining in and enjoying themselves. Nothing better than live music. But I can relate to the book and a cup of herbal tea.

    Sime is in 2 bands... The one in the blog is called (the very cheesy) Mr Beat & they do rock/pop covers - The Who, U2, Stereophonics, The Kinks, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Primal Scream are just some I can think of...

    The other is called The Dolphins Fly & they write all their own songs - a bit like Radiohead meets Muses...

Some of you know about my fight with Graves Disease, an auto immune system disorder, which causes an overactive thyroid. Since I was diagnosed 7 years ago, I have made it my business to know everything I possibly could about the condition & this has probably saved my life. Our Neighbours

The ladies next door have been giving birth in the field. Their babies are like any other babies - they sleep, they feed, they follow their mums everywhere, they run around, then fall asleep again.  These little beauties are completely unaware of their fate... But we know... And this is one thing which makes living here difficult. How can people eat other beings without feeling terrible?     It just doesn't make sense.
