Rewilding Our Life - Day 13


We didn't get a chance to do yesterday's activity, as it was to go forest bathing...
Our nearest forest is over 20 miles away & we already had plans for Hugo's other family to come over,which was lovely.

We did venture outside last night & it was very cold, but the sky was beautiful... Just a shame the photo didn't come out! :-)

But we do have an accidental video of all us around the table...


Oh dear, we're still tired & it's back to work today for us & day care for Bebe, so another full week ahead for us all...

Some of you know about my fight with Graves Disease, an auto immune system disorder, which causes an overactive thyroid. Since I was diagnosed 7 years ago, I have made it my business to know everything I possibly could about the condition & this has probably saved my life. Our Neighbours

The ladies next door have been giving birth in the field. Their babies are like any other babies - they sleep, they feed, they follow their mums everywhere, they run around, then fall asleep again.  These little beauties are completely unaware of their fate... But we know... And this is one thing which makes living here difficult. How can people eat other beings without feeling terrible?     It just doesn't make sense. Nettles

Our garden yesterday.
