Three Peas In A Pod


Hugo had a meeting at the circus school today, so we decided to all go because it's near to where the girlies both live & we were able to organise a breakfast meet-up!

Just a shame we'd forgotten to ask them to not put margarine on our toast...

Poor Rose isn't well, but so glad we managed to see her & give her lots of hugs.

Sime's tooth saga continues... Looks like he may have to return to the dentist tomorrow!

We have more guests arriving tomorrow, so lots to do... As usual!

    It's so green there, and a flower!?! I'm starting to get pretty bad cabin fever with this winter.

    Has Sime been able to eat okay? Mouth pain is so horrendous. :(

    Sorry for not replying sooner & Karin - thanks for your concern... We're fine, Sime's pretty much back to normal & Rose is doing ok, but we're just incredibly busy with work during the day & have had back-to-back B&B guests for the last 3 weeks, so there's been breakfasts & evening meals to dish up - Absolutely loving it though! Hope to get around to blogging soon...

    I was beginning to wonder too - and its the start of the early holidays this weekend as well. Its nice to be busy but sometimes its nice for a break too.

Some of you know about my fight with Graves Disease, an auto immune system disorder, which causes an overactive thyroid. Since I was diagnosed 7 years ago, I have made it my business to know everything I possibly could about the condition & this has probably saved my life. Our Neighbours

The ladies next door have been giving birth in the field. Their babies are like any other babies - they sleep, they feed, they follow their mums everywhere, they run around, then fall asleep again.  These little beauties are completely unaware of their fate... But we know... And this is one thing which makes living here difficult. How can people eat other beings without feeling terrible?     It just doesn't make sense.
